  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) gochujang (15 grams)
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) honey (15 grams)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) ginger, grated (2 grams)
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) vegetable oil (15 milliliters)
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) sesame seeds (2 grams)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, gochujang, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
  2. Mix well to create a marinade.
  3. Add the shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Let the shrimp marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  6. Add the marinated shrimp to the skillet in a single layer.
