- 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) coarse ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) fresh lemon juice (from 1/2 lemon)
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) lemon zest (from 1 lemon)
- Chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Coat the shrimp evenly with the salt and black pepper. Ensure all other components are prepared and within reach for when the shrimp are turned over.
