Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 salmon fillet
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce

- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1 green onion, chopped
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the rice according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add the salmon fillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- Remove the salmon from the skillet and flake it into pieces.
