Ingredients

- Orange juice, fresh, 1/4 cup (60 ml) (60 milliliters)
- Lemon juice, fresh, 2 tablespoons (30 ml) (30 milliliters)
- Lime juice, fresh, 1 tablespoon (15 ml) (15 milliliters)
- Garlic, minced, 2 cloves
- Ginger, fresh, grated, 1 teaspoon (5 ml) (5 grams)
- Olive oil, 1 tablespoon (15 ml) (15 milliliters)
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Orange zest, 1 teaspoon (5 ml) (2 grams)
- Lemon zest, 1 teaspoon (5 ml) (2 grams)
- Green onions, sliced, 2 tablespoons (30 ml) (8 grams)
- Sesame seeds, for garnish, optional
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, orange juice, lemon juice, lime juice, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
- Stir the mixture until the honey is fully dissolved.
- Place the salmon fillets in a shallow baking dish.
- Pour the citrus-soy mixture over the salmon, ensuring each piece is well coated.
- Allow the salmon to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Drizzle olive oil over the marinated salmon.
