  • 1 cup (115 g) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz (225 g) lump crab meat
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 g) paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1.25 g) cayenne pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise.
  3. Add mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese to the mixture.
  4. Stir in the crab meat and mix well.
  5. Add minced garlic, chopped green onions, and lemon juice.
  6. Pour in Worcestershire sauce and mix thoroughly.
  7. Season with paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
