Description

Sizzling seafood with a spicy kick and creamy texture, perfect for any meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound peeled and deveined shrimp
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (or to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the shrimp with half of the sauce mixture until evenly coated.
  4. Place the shrimp on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the shrimp are cooked through.
  5. Remove from the oven and drizzle the remaining sauce over the shrimp.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

Marinating the shrimp for 15-30 minutes in the sauce enhances flavor. You can also grill the shrimp for a different texture.
