Ingredients
- 4 oz canned tuna, drained
- 1 ½ tbs Japanese mayo
- ½ tbs sriracha
- 1 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup white rice, cooked
- Furikake seasoning
- Drizzle of Japanese mayo
- Drizzle of sriracha
- Drizzle of eel sauce
- 1 green onion, sliced
- Roasted seaweed
- Avocado, sliced
- Cucumber, sliced
- Eel sauce
- Spicy mayo
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the drained tuna, Japanese mayo, sriracha, and cream cheese until well combined.
- In a small baking dish, layer the cooked white rice evenly at the bottom.
- Sprinkle a layer of furikake over the rice for that unique umami flavor.
- Spread the tuna mixture over the furikake.
- Drizzle Japanese mayo, sriracha, and eel sauce over the top to enhance the flavors.
- Preheat your oven or air fryer to 400°F and bake or air fry for about 5 minutes until the top turns toasty.
- Remove the dish and sprinkle chopped green onions on top for an added burst of flavor.
- Serve alongside roasted seaweed, avocado, cucumbers, eel sauce, and spicy mayo for an extra layer of enjoyment.
