Description

Delicious and nutritious tuna salad nori wraps that are perfect for a quick lunch or light dinner, featuring a creamy tuna filling wrapped in seaweed.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans wild-caught tuna
  • 3 tablespoons celery, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons carrots, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons cucumbers, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon white onion, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste
  • Large seaweed wraps for serving
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Avocado slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Drain the tuna thoroughly and mash it in a large bowl using a fork.
  2. Add chopped celery, carrots, cucumbers, white onion, ground ginger, and garlic, then incorporate mayonnaise and whole grain mustard, mashing everything together.
  3. Take a large seaweed sheet and spoon a generous scoop of the tuna salad mixture into the center. Top with sesame seeds and avocado slices.
  4. Roll the seaweed wrap securely, and enjoy your delightful meal.

Notes

For a zestier flavor, consider adding a splash of lime juice. Fresh seaweed wraps provide a great texture contrast.
