Description

A refreshing and vibrant poke bowl featuring sushi-grade Ahi tuna, creamy avocado, and fresh vegetables, perfect for a light meal or dinner party.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb sushi-grade Ahi tuna
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cucumber, diced
  • 2 radishes, thinly sliced
  • 1 sheet seaweed (nori), shredded
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Dice the sushi-grade Ahi tuna into small cubes and place in a bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, lime juice, and a pinch of salt to create a marinade.
  3. Pour the marinade over the diced tuna and let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
  4. While the tuna marinates, mash the avocado in a bowl until creamy.
  5. Chop the green onions, cucumber, and radish into bite-sized pieces.
  6. To assemble the poke bowls, place a generous scoop of mashed avocado at the bottom of each bowl.
  7. Top with the marinated tuna, chopped vegetables, and sprinkle with sesame seeds and seaweed.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious poke bowl.

Notes

For the freshest taste, ensure all ingredients are cold before serving. Use lime juice to prevent avocado oxidation.
