Description

Crispy and flavorful tuna patties made with canned tuna, breadcrumbs, and fresh vegetables, perfect for lunches or dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 can of tuna, drained
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the drained tuna, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, chopped bell pepper, egg, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into small patties.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Fry the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Serve warm and enjoy your tuna patties!

Notes

Chill the patties for 15 minutes before frying to help them hold their shape. Adjust seasoning according to personal preference.
