Ingredients
- 2 cans of tuna
- ¼ red onion, chopped
- ½ red bell pepper, diced
- ½ cup of corn
- 3 spoonfuls of mayo
- ½ spoonful of dijon mustard
- Juice of 1 lemon
- ⅓ cup parsley, chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Garlic powder, to taste
- Onion salt, to taste
- Simple Mills almond flour crackers
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the tuna, red onion, red bell pepper, corn, mayo, dijon mustard, lemon juice, and parsley. Mix well.
- Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion salt to taste.
- Use the mixture to fill wraps or serve on almond flour crackers.
