Description

A comforting Tuna Macaroni Salad filled with creamy tuna, crunchy vegetables, and al dente macaroni, perfect for summer picnics and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz elbow macaroni
  • 4 cans tuna (drained)
  • 1/2 cup celery (diced)
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs (chopped)
  • 1 1/2 cups tomatoes (diced)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup sweet relish
  • 1/2 yellow onion (diced)
  • 2 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, tuna, celery, tomatoes, relish, onion, and seasoning salt.
  3. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the macaroni mixture and toss until everything is well coated. Adjust seasoning as necessary; if desired, add more mayo or mustard.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to come together.
  6. Serve chilled and enjoy your delicious Tuna Macaroni Salad!

Notes

For a creamier salad, increase the amount of mayonnaise. Adding bell pepper or fresh herbs can enhance the flavor.
