Description

Crispy coconut shrimp paired with a creamy mayo sauce, bringing the taste of the tropics to your table.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying


Instructions

  1. Season the flour with salt and pepper.
  2. Dredge each shrimp in the seasoned flour, ensuring an even coat.
  3. Dip the floured shrimp into the beaten eggs, allowing excess to drip off.
  4. Press the shrimp into the panko and coconut mixture for an ample coating.
  5. Heat the oil in your frying pan or deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
