Description

A creamy and luxurious seafood pasta dish featuring tender langostino tails, rich lobster bisque, and fresh tomatoes, perfect for special gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces of your favorite pasta
  • 1 container of Trader Joe’s Lobster Bisque
  • 1 package of fully cooked frozen langostino tails
  • 1 pint of grape or pear tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 medium-sized onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves of fresh garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon (optional)
  • Fresh basil leaves, chopped (optional)
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes


Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add your pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, typically 8 to 10 minutes. Drain the pasta and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the finely chopped onion and sauté for about 5 minutes, or until translucent. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  3. Stir the Trader Joe’s lobster bisque into the skillet, mixing it well with the sautéed onion and garlic. Add the frozen langostino tails and halved tomatoes, mixing until everything is combined.
  4. Season the mixture with salt, freshly cracked black pepper, and red pepper flakes. If desired, squeeze in lemon juice and stir over medium heat for a few minutes until warmed through.
  5. Plate the dish on warm plates and top with fresh basil and grated Parmesan cheese if desired.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. Consider serving with garlic bread or a simple garden salad.
