Description
A creamy lobster bisque pasta with tender langostino tails and fresh cherry tomatoes, perfect for cozy dinners and special occasions.
Ingredients
- 1 container Trader Joe’s Lobster Bisque
- 1 package Trader Joe’s fully cooked frozen langostino tails
- 8 ounces pasta (your choice)
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Lemon (optional)
- Basil (optional)
- Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Defrost the langostino tails in the refrigerator overnight.
- Boil water and cook your pasta until al dente or slightly below.
- Finely chop the onion, garlic, and basil (or parsley if using).
- In a medium/large saucepan over medium heat, add olive oil and once hot, add the onion. Sauté until soft and translucent.
- Add the garlic and sauté for another minute until aromatic.
- Next, toss in the cherry tomatoes and cook until they start to burst, adding salt and red pepper flakes if desired.
- Stir in the langostino tails and season with salt and pepper. Cook for one minute.
- Pour in the Trader Joe’s Lobster Bisque and bring to a simmer.
- Add the cooked pasta, stirring to combine, and simmer for up to a minute.
- If desired, squeeze in lemon juice and mix well.
- Top with basil, parsley, and/or parmesan cheese before serving.
Notes
Serve in shallow bowls for better presentation and garnish with fresh herbs and lemon wedges.
