Description
A rich and creamy lobster bisque pasta featuring sweet langostino tails, fresh cherry tomatoes, and topped with basil and parmesan cheese.
Ingredients
- 1 Container Trader Joe’s Lobster Bisque
- 1 Package Trader Joe’s Fully Cooked Frozen Langostino Tails
- 8 Ounces Pasta of your choice
- 1 Pint Cherry Tomatoes
- 1/2 Onion, chopped
- 3 Cloves Garlic, minced
- Lemon (optional)
- Basil (optional)
- Parmesan Cheese (optional)
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
Instructions
- Defrost the frozen langostino tails overnight in the refrigerator.
- Boil water in a large pot and cook the pasta of your choice to al dente.
- Chop the onion, garlic, and any herbs you want to use.
- Heat olive oil in a medium/large saucepan over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and sauté until soft and translucent.
- Add the garlic and sauté for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Toss in the cherry tomatoes and cook until they start to burst.
- Add the langostino tails and season with salt and pepper, cooking for about 1 minute.
- Pour in the Trader Joe’s Lobster Bisque and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the cooked pasta and simmer for an additional minute until heated through.
- If desired, squeeze in lemon juice.
- Top with fresh basil and parmesan cheese before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, always season each layer while cooking. Adjust the bisque’s consistency with pasta water if needed.
