- 1 bell pepper, sliced

Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the sliced onion and bell pepper, sautéing until they are soft, about 5 minutes.
- Toss in the minced garlic, allowing it to cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Season the tilapia fillets with salt and pepper, then place them in the skillet.
