Ingredients
- 1 container Trader Joe’s Lobster Bisque Pasta
- 1 package Trader Joe’s fully cooked frozen langostino tails
- 8 ounces pasta of your choice
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Lemon (optional)
- Basil (optional)
- Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta until al dente, about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain and set aside, reserving some pasta water.
- In a medium saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat, then add the chopped onion and sauté until soft and translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute.
- Stir in the cherry tomatoes and cook until they begin to burst, adding a pinch of salt and red pepper flakes if desired.
- Incorporate the langostino tails, seasoning with salt and pepper, and cook for about one minute until warmed through.
- Pour in the Trader Joe’s Lobster Bisque and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add the cooked pasta and toss to coat evenly, adjusting the consistency with reserved pasta water if needed.
- Squeeze lemon juice, if using, and serve garnished with fresh herbs or parmesan cheese.
Notes
For enhanced flavor, consider roasting the cherry tomatoes before adding them to the mix. Experiment with herbs to personalize the dish.
