Description

Delicious and easy-to-make nori wraps filled with creamy avocado, fresh vegetables, and savory canned tuna, perfect for a light meal or snack.


Ingredients

  • Nori sheets
  • Canned tuna
  • Cucumber, sliced
  • Avocado, sliced
  • Carrots, julienned
  • Cream cheese (optional)
  • Soy sauce (for dipping)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Lay a nori sheet on a clean surface.
  2. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese (if using) on the nori.
  3. Layer the canned tuna, cucumber, avocado, and carrots in the center of the nori.
  4. Gently roll the nori from one side to the other to form a wrap.
  5. Slice the wrap into bite-sized pieces.
  6. Serve with soy sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
