Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by slicing the cucumber and avocado, and shredding the carrots.
- Lay a nori sheet on a flat surface or sushi mat.
- Spread a thin layer of canned tuna onto the nori, leaving some space at the edges.
- Top with cucumber, avocado, and carrots as desired.
- Roll the nori tightly, starting from the edge closest to you, and dampen the edge to seal.
- Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces, sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired, and serve with soy sauce or tamari for dipping.
Notes
