  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons (10 ml) (4 grams) dried thyme
  • 2 teaspoons (10 ml) (4 grams) dried rosemary
  • 2 teaspoons (10 ml) (4 grams) dried sage
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) (2 grams) garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) (2 grams) onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) (5 grams) salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) (1 gram) black pepper
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. In a small bowl, combine olive oil and lemon juice.
  5. Add dried thyme, rosemary, and sage to the bowl.
  6. Mix in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  7. Stir the mixture until well combined.
  8. Brush the herb mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
  9. Arrange thin lemon slices on top of the salmon.
