- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil

- 2 teaspoons (10 ml) (4 grams) dried rosemary
- 2 teaspoons (10 ml) (4 grams) dried sage
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) (2 grams) garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) (2 grams) onion powder
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) (5 grams) salt
- 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) (1 gram) black pepper
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, combine olive oil and lemon juice.
- Add dried thyme, rosemary, and sage to the bowl.
- Mix in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Stir the mixture until well combined.
- Brush the herb mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
- Arrange thin lemon slices on top of the salmon.
