Ingredients

- 3 tablespoons (45 ml) (45 milliliters) vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) (30 grams) minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) (15 milliliters) soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) (15 milliliters) soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) (15 grams) sugar
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) (5 grams) ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) (30 milliliters) lime juice
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) (5 grams) chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) (15 grams) sliced green onions
Instructions
- Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet in a single layer.
- Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on one side until pink.
- Flip the shrimp and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Add the soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and black pepper to the skillet.
