- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) honey (30 milliliters)

- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) garlic powder (2 grams)
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) onion powder (2 grams)
- 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) smoked paprika (1 gram)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
- Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil over each salmon fillet.
- Season the fillets with salt and black pepper to taste.
- In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika to the mixture.
- Stir the glaze ingredients together until smooth and well combined.
