Delightfully grilled or baked salmon fillets glazed with honey and lemon, seasoned with dill and garlic for a comforting family meal.
Ingredients
- 4 fresh salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the tray.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, whisk together lemon juice, honey, garlic powder, and dill.
- Pour half the marinade over the salmon and let it sit for 15 minutes.
- Cook the salmon for 12-15 minutes until flaky and golden.
- Brush the remaining marinade onto the fillets during the last few minutes of cooking.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
