Description

Delightfully grilled or baked salmon fillets glazed with honey and lemon, seasoned with dill and garlic for a comforting family meal.

Ingredients

  • 4 fresh salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  3. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the tray.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  5. In a bowl, whisk together lemon juice, honey, garlic powder, and dill.
  6. Pour half the marinade over the salmon and let it sit for 15 minutes.
  7. Cook the salmon for 12-15 minutes until flaky and golden.
  8. Brush the remaining marinade onto the fillets during the last few minutes of cooking.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Fresh ingredients yield the best flavors. If short on time, marinate the salmon overnight for deeper flavor. Avoid overcooking for perfect flakiness.
