Description

Recreate the delicious flavors of Texas Roadhouse’s salmon with this easy copycat recipe, featuring a rich garlic butter sauce.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and honey, and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then brush the garlic butter mixture over the top.
  4. If baking, place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through. If pan-searing, cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Serve the salmon with lemon wedges and garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

For even cooking, let the salmon sit at room temperature for 15-20 minutes before cooking. Use a food thermometer to check for doneness (145°F/63°C).
