Ingredients
- 8 large flour tortillas
- 12 ounce (340 g) s (340 grams) cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 ounce (227 g) s (227 grams) crab meat
- 1 cup (240 ml) (240 grams) cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoon (30 ml) s (30 grams) jalapeños, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) (120 milliliters) sour cream
- 1 cup (240 ml) (115 grams) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) (15 milliliters) lime juice
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) (5 grams) garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) (5 grams) onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) (2.5 grams) ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) (1.25 grams) cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) (15 grams) fresh cilantro, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Add the finely chopped jalapeños, lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder, ground cumin, and cayenne pepper. Mix well.
- Fold in the cooked shrimp, crab meat, and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Add the chopped cilantro and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Lay a flour tortilla flat on a clean surface.
- Spread a generous amount of the seafood mixture evenly over the tortilla.
- Roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other.
- Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and filling.
- Wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap to hold its shape.
- Refrigerate the roll-ups for at least one hour to set.
- Remove from the refrigerator and unwrap the plastic wrap.
- Slice each roll-up into 1-inch (2.5 cm) pieces before serving.
