Description

A vibrant and healthy teriyaki salmon bowl featuring succulent salmon fillets, fresh broccoli, colorful veggies, and creamy avocado over fluffy rice.

Ingredients

  • Salmon fillets
  • Teriyaki sauce
  • Broccoli florets
  • Cooked rice
  • Mixed veggies (bell peppers, carrots)
  • Ripe avocado
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the salmon fillets and broccoli on a sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  4. While the salmon is baking, cook the rice according to package instructions.
  5. Once done, assemble the bowl: start with a base of rice, add the salmon, broccoli, and mixed veggies.
  6. Top with sliced avocado and drizzle with additional teriyaki sauce if desired.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy your meal!

Notes

Marinate the salmon in teriyaki sauce for at least 30 minutes before cooking for deeper flavor.
