Ingredients
- Salmon fillets
- Teriyaki sauce
- Broccoli florets
- Cooked rice
- Mixed veggies (bell peppers, carrots)
- Ripe avocado
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the salmon fillets and broccoli on a sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- While the salmon is baking, cook the rice according to package instructions.
- Once done, assemble the bowl: start with a base of rice, add the salmon, broccoli, and mixed veggies.
- Top with sliced avocado and drizzle with additional teriyaki sauce if desired.
- Serve warm and enjoy your meal!
