Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 cup cooked rice (white or brown)
- 2 ripe avocados, sliced
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, and place them on a baking sheet.
- Brush the salmon with teriyaki sauce.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- In a bowl, layer the cooked rice, sliced avocado, and baked salmon.
- Drizzle with additional teriyaki sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
