Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup cooked rice (white or brown)
  • 2 ripe avocados, sliced
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Brush the salmon with teriyaki sauce.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

  6. Drizzle with additional teriyaki sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Choose wild-caught salmon for better flavor and consider adding crunchy vegetables for freshness.
