Description

Delicious and simple tuna rice balls perfect for busy weeknights and lunches.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 can tuna, drained
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Nori sheets, cut into strips (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine cooked rice, tuna, mayonnaise, soy sauce, green onions, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  3. Wet your hands slightly and take a small portion of the mixture, shaping it into a ball.
  4. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
  5. If desired, wrap each rice ball with a strip of nori.
  6. Serve immediately or pack for lunch.

Notes
