Ingredients
- 1 can sardines, drained
- 1 cup mashed potatoes
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Combine sardines, mashed potatoes, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, and parsley in a bowl.
- Season with salt and pepper, then mix in the beaten egg until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small patties.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the patties until golden brown on both sides.
