Description

Delicious finger food that blends creamy crab filling with flaky crescent dough, perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 can crescent dough
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: shredded cheese for topping


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the softened cream cheese, cooked crab meat, chopped green onions, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well blended.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the crab mixture on the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Roll up each triangle, starting from the wide end and rolling to the point.
  6. Arrange the bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. If desired, sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy.
