Description

Delicious jumbo shrimp stuffed with a flavorful crab mix, perfect for appetizers or main dishes. A true celebration of coastal cuisine.


Ingredients

  • Jumbo shrimp
  • Crabmeat
  • Bread crumbs
  • Garlic
  • Butter
  • Parsley
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine crabmeat, bread crumbs, minced garlic, melted butter, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Peel and devein the shrimp, leaving the tails on.
  4. Stuff each shrimp with the crab mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed shrimp on a baking sheet and drizzle with extra butter.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
