Ingredients
- 1 pound (454 g) large shrimp (about 450 grams), peeled and deveined
- 1 cup (240 ml) breadcrumbs (about 120 grams)
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) grated Parmesan cheese (about 25 grams)
- 2 tablespoon (30 ml) s chopped fresh parsley (about 8 grams)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted (about 60 ml)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (about 15 ml)
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) lemon zest
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Butterfly the shrimp by slicing them down the back without cutting all the way through.
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
- Add melted butter and lemon juice to the breadcrumb mixture and stir until well combined.
- Add lemon zest to the mixture and mix thoroughly.
- Arrange the shrimp on a baking sheet, cut side up.
