Description

A delightful stuffed salmon recipe featuring tender fillets filled with a creamy mix of spinach, dill, and garlic.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets, skinless
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, spinach, dill, garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Lay salmon fillets on a clean surface and make an incision in the center of each fillet to create a pocket for the stuffing.
  4. Generously fill each salmon pocket with the stuffing mix.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear the salmon fillets for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Transfer the seared salmon to a baking dish and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes or until cooked through.
  7. Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Experiment with different fillings like various cheeses or vegetables to suit your taste. Leftover stuffing can be used as a dip.
