Description

A delightful stuffed salmon recipe that combines creaminess and zest for an extraordinary dining experience.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Tony Chachere’s seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Lemon wedges for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, cream cheese, chopped spinach, Parmesan cheese, and Tony Chachere’s seasoning.
  3. Cut a pocket in each salmon fillet and stuff with the filling.
  4. Heat olive oil in a pan and sear the stuffed salmon fillets for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  5. Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
  6. Serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

Use wild-caught salmon for a richer flavor. Experiment with different cheeses or seasonings in the stuffing.
