Description

A delightful blend of steak and shrimp in a creamy garlic sauce, perfect for any gathering or cozy night in.

Ingredients

  • 2 steaks (ribeye or filet mignon)
  • 8 shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season the steaks with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Remove from skillet and let rest.
  2. In the same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  3. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Slice the steaks and serve with shrimp and garlic sauce over the top. Garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

For a lighter version, reduce the heavy cream or substitute with half-and-half. Pair with a light salad or roasted vegetables.
