  • – 2 tablespoons (30 ml) honey
  • – 2 teaspoons (10 ml) hot sauce
  • – 1 teaspoon (5 ml) apple cider vinegar
  • – 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) salt
  • – 1 1/2 tablespoons (23 ml) olive oil
  • – 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • – 1 tablespoon (15 ml) parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Sprinkle the scallops with a few dashes of ground black pepper.
  2. Create the sauce by combining honey, hot sauce, apple cider vinegar, and salt, stirring until the mixture is uniform.
