- – 1 1/2 tablespoons (23 ml) olive oil
- – 3 cloves garlic, minced
- – 1 tablespoon (15 ml) parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Sprinkle the scallops with a few dashes of ground black pepper.
- Create the sauce by combining honey, hot sauce, apple cider vinegar, and salt, stirring until the mixture is uniform.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium flame; add minced garlic, then introduce the scallops. Cook until the garlic becomes golden brown before pouring in the sauce.
