Description

Delicious sriracha honey salmon bowls featuring roasted cauliflower and fluffy rice, balanced with spicy and sweet flavors.


Ingredients

  • Salmon fillets
  • Sriracha sauce
  • Honey
  • Rice
  • Cauliflower
  • Fresh herbs (such as cilantro or parsley)
  • Sesame seeds
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix sriracha sauce and honey together.
  3. Coat the salmon fillets with the sriracha honey glaze.
  4. Place salmon on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for 12-15 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Chop cauliflower into florets and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  6. Spread cauliflower on another baking sheet and roast in the oven for 20 minutes until caramelized.
  7. Cook rice according to package instructions.
  8. To assemble, place rice in bowls, top with roasted cauliflower and salmon.
  9. Garnish with fresh herbs and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

For enhanced flavor, marinate the salmon in the sriracha honey glaze for at least 30 minutes before roasting. Adjust sriracha for desired spiciness.
