Ingredients
- Salmon fillets
- Sriracha sauce
- Honey
- Rice
- Cauliflower

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix sriracha sauce and honey together.
- Coat the salmon fillets with the sriracha honey glaze.
- Place salmon on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for 12-15 minutes until cooked through.
- Chop cauliflower into florets and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread cauliflower on another baking sheet and roast in the oven for 20 minutes until caramelized.
- Cook rice according to package instructions.
- To assemble, place rice in bowls, top with roasted cauliflower and salmon.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and sesame seeds before serving.
