Description

A delightful sushi bake that layers creamy imitation crab and spicy tuna over a bed of seasoned sushi rice, perfect for gatherings and special occasions.


Ingredients

  • ½ lb Imitation Crab
  • ¼ cup Japanese Mayo
  • 1 tbsp Ponzu Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Cream Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Masago
  • 2 cans Tuna (soaked in oil)
  • 3 tbsp Japanese Mayo (for spicy tuna mix)
  • 1 tbsp Korean Chili Paste
  • 1 tbsp Cream Cheese (for spicy tuna)
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • Rice (for sushi base)
  • Sushi Seasoning


Instructions

  1. Mix the rice with sushi seasoning to form the base.
  2. Spread a layer of sushi rice evenly in the baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle a layer of masago on top.
  4. Add furikake seasoning to enhance flavors.
  5. Divide the mixture between the creamy crab and spicy tuna.
  6. Drizzle with more Japanese mayo and sprinkle with furikake.
  7. Broil for 3-5 minutes until the top crisps.
  8. Let cool slightly, then cut into portions.
  9. Serve with crispy seaweed on the side.
