Ingredients

- ¼ cup Japanese Mayo
- 1 tbsp Ponzu Sauce
- 2 tbsp Cream Cheese
- 2 tbsp Masago
- 2 cans Tuna (soaked in oil)
- 3 tbsp Japanese Mayo (for spicy tuna mix)
- 1 tbsp Korean Chili Paste
- 1 tbsp Cream Cheese (for spicy tuna)
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- Rice (for sushi base)
- Sushi Seasoning
Instructions
- Mix the rice with sushi seasoning to form the base.
- Spread a layer of sushi rice evenly in the baking dish.
- Sprinkle a layer of masago on top.
- Add furikake seasoning to enhance flavors.
- Divide the mixture between the creamy crab and spicy tuna.
- Drizzle with more Japanese mayo and sprinkle with furikake.
- Broil for 3-5 minutes until the top crisps.
- Let cool slightly, then cut into portions.
- Serve with crispy seaweed on the side.
