- 1/2 tbsp (8 ml) Sesame Seeds

Instructions
- Begin by finely cutting the scallions and preparing the squid, onion, cabbage, carrots, and scallions into narrow pieces. Dice the jalapeño if you want more heat. Ready the spices and sauces as well.
- Warm up the pan, drizzle some oil, and cook the scallions until they release their aroma.
- Introduce the squid to the pan, cooking it for a few moments until it shifts to a purplish-pink hue.
- Incorporate the vegetables and continue cooking everything together briefly.
- Move the squid and vegetables aside, then add gochujang, pepper flakes, pepper powder, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, sesame seeds, and plum juice to the open space in the pan.
- Combine the sauce with the liquid released by the squid and vegetables until it becomes more fluid, then mix it thoroughly with the squid and vegetables.
- Briefly torch the squid while continuing to stir-fry. Handle this step with caution!
- Finally, sprinkle with sesame seeds, serve alongside rice, and savor your meal!
