Description

A vibrant and flavorful bowl featuring shrimp, creamy avocado, and fluffy rice, enhanced with bold spices.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 2 cups cooked rice (white or brown)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lime wedges for serving
  • Cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add shrimp to the skillet and season with chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until the shrimp are pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.

  4. Serve with lime wedges and garnish with cilantro if desired.

Notes

Use fresh shrimp for better texture and flavor. Customize spices to heat preference.
