Description

A delightful fusion of sushi components served in a bowl, featuring sushi-grade salmon, avocado, and cucumber atop sushi rice.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked sushi rice
  • 1 lb sushi-grade salmon, diced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, julienned
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Wasabi (optional)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • Nori sheets (cut into strips, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare sushi rice according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. Mix the mayonnaise and sriracha sauce together to create the spicy mayo.
  3. Layer the sushi rice, diced salmon, avocado, and cucumber in each serving bowl.
  4. Drizzle with soy sauce and add a dollop of spicy mayo on top.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions, sesame seeds, and nori strips.
  6. Serve with wasabi, if desired, and enjoy your deconstructed sushi roll bowls!

Notes

Ensure sushi-grade salmon is handled properly for freshness. Adjust spiciness by varying sriracha levels.
