Description
Deliciously spicy salmon bites coated in a crunchy breadcrumb mixture, baked until golden brown and served with a sweet chili glaze.
Ingredients
- 1 lb salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
- Coat each salmon piece in the breadcrumb mixture and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In another bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, honey, soy sauce, and lime juice.
- Brush the glaze over the salmon bites.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve hot as an appetizer or snack.
Notes
For extra crispiness, try broiling the bites for the last minute of cooking.
