Description

Deliciously spicy salmon bites coated in a crunchy breadcrumb mixture, baked until golden brown and served with a sweet chili glaze.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat each salmon piece in the breadcrumb mixture and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. In another bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, honey, soy sauce, and lime juice.
  5. Brush the glaze over the salmon bites.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Serve hot as an appetizer or snack.

Notes

For extra crispiness, try broiling the bites for the last minute of cooking.
