Description

A delicious salmon dish featuring a sweet and spicy honey glaze that brings bold flavors to the table.


Ingredients

  • 4 Salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha or chili sauce
  • 2 cloves Minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, sriracha, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush the glaze over the fillets.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the salmon.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Serve hot alongside roasted vegetables, steamed rice, or a fresh salad.

Notes

Try marinating the salmon in the glaze for about 30 minutes beforehand to enhance flavor.
