A delicious salmon dish featuring a sweet and spicy honey glaze that brings bold flavors to the table.
Ingredients
- 4 Salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1/4 cup Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Sriracha or chili sauce
- 2 cloves Minced garlic
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, sriracha, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush the glaze over the fillets.
- Drizzle olive oil over the salmon.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve hot alongside roasted vegetables, steamed rice, or a fresh salad.
Notes
Try marinating the salmon in the glaze for about 30 minutes beforehand to enhance flavor.
