Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons chili paste (30 g)
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce (15 ml)
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil (15 ml)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (15 ml)
- 1 teaspoon sugar (4 g)
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 green onion, chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Stir in the gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar until combined.
- Crack the eggs into the skillet, keeping them separate.
