Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons chili paste (30 g)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce (15 ml)
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil (15 ml)
- 1 teaspoon sugar (5 g)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (15 ml)
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon water (15 ml)
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (9 g)
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix gochujang paste, soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar until smooth.
- Heat vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Crack the eggs into the skillet, ensuring they are spaced apart.
- Cook the eggs until the whites are set but yolks are still runny, about 3-4 minutes.
- Pour the gochujang mixture evenly over the eggs.
- Add the tablespoon of water to the skillet and cover with a lid.
