Description

A vibrant and flavorful dish combining succulent shrimp, al dente linguine, and blistered cherry tomatoes, finished with a hint of spice.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz linguine
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes; sauté for about 1 minute.
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and are cooked through.
  4. Add the blistered cherry tomatoes and cooked linguine to the skillet. Toss everything together to coat in the sauce.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

For added brightness, consider squeezing a bit of lemon juice over the dish before serving. Adjust the spice level to your preference by modifying the amount of red pepper flakes.
