Ingredients

- 3 to 4 tablespoons sriracha
- 1 8-ounce package imitation crab meat (chopped)

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine mayonnaise and sriracha. Mix until the ingredients come together smoothly.
- Add the chopped imitation crab, folding it into the condiment mixture until fully coated.
- Divide the prepared Jasmine rice between two serving bowls.
- Generously top each bowl of rice with the spicy crab mixture.
