Ingredients
- 2 lbs shrimp, deveined
- 1 lb crab legs
- 1 lb mussels, rinsed
- 1 lb red potatoes, halved
- 4 ears of corn, cut into thirds
- 1/4 cup Cajun seasoning
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt, to taste
- Water
Instructions
- Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a rolling boil.
- Add salt to the boiling water.
- Introduce the halved red potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add the corn at the 10-minute mark and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Stir in the Cajun seasoning and minced garlic.
- Add the shrimp and crab legs, cooking for 5-7 minutes until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Drain carefully and serve on a platter, garnished with lemon slices and parsley.
