Description

A flavorful and communal dish featuring succulent shrimp, crab legs, and mussels seasoned with zesty Cajun spices, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs shrimp, deveined
  • 1 lb crab legs
  • 1 lb mussels, rinsed
  • 1 lb red potatoes, halved
  • 4 ears of corn, cut into thirds
  • 1/4 cup Cajun seasoning
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Water

Instructions

  1. Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a rolling boil.
  2. Add salt to the boiling water.
  3. Introduce the halved red potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Add the corn at the 10-minute mark and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in the Cajun seasoning and minced garlic.
  6. Add the shrimp and crab legs, cooking for 5-7 minutes until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
  7. Drain carefully and serve on a platter, garnished with lemon slices and parsley.

Notes

Use fresh seafood for best results; adjust Cajun seasoning to suit spice preferences. Serve with melted butter and provide a bowl for discarded shells.
