Ingredients
- 200g spaghetti
- 300g shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 200g cream cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Lower the heat and add the cream cheese, stirring until melted and combined.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss the cooked spaghetti with the shrimp and cream cheese sauce until well coated.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
